Vivek Nallaratnam

Vivek joined Namier Capital over 2 years ago and currently manages our portfolio companies of growth technology companies. His particular focus is on corporate finance activities ranging from fundraisings, debt structuring and mergers and acquisitions.  

• Previously was with Sovereign Partners working on infrastructure investments primarily in the renewable energy sector. Whilst as Sovereign, managed a number of transactions ranging from acquisitions, debt structuring and ultimately on the fund’s successful exit. Was also responsible for managing the portfolio of assets.
• Holds a Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
