About

Tim has been a CEO or MD six times over 20 years across a wide range of industries and geographies: twice in FMCG with Unilever, in the Middle East and then in Europe; twice in restaurants, with TGI Fridays in Whitbread and with Elior UK, the leading contract caterer; and twice with top four care home companies, Barchester and Four Seasons.
Earlier in his career, Tim read Maths at Oxford, worked at McKinsey and spent a decade in a variety of FMCG marketing roles in Unilever.
On the charity side, Tim was one of the founding trustees of Age UK, formed from the merger of Help The Aged and Age Concern, serving for eight years and chairing its trading board.

Tim is now helping early-stage tech and other SMEs to grow more quickly and effectively.  One of these is ICP Education, the leading children’s nursery provider, where Tim is Deputy Chair.

Tim has also held a wide range of non-exec and chair roles.
