Mark Beilby

Mark has a 23-year career in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, SG Warburg, Deutsche Bank, and JP Morgan. Mark is also a Co-Founder of Lumi Technologies selected in 2013 in the first cohort of UK tech growth companies under the Government’s Future 50 programme, along with Just Eat, Zoopla and Shazam. This business sold to PE Group Vespa Capital in 2017. Mark co-founded Auga Technologies in 2017, a world leader in remote and in-the-room interactivity for the workplace and for Universities and Colleges, through its Vevox product.  

• Rated number 1 European Media Sector Investment Analyst for 9 successive years by Reuters, Thomson Extel and Institutional Investor surveys of fund managers.
• Led, researched, priced, marketed 47 TMT and Leisure Industry IPOs and secondary equity issues in a range of stock-markets.
• Raised more than £10bn for large and small-cap. companies including BSkyB, GfK, RELX, Philips/PolyGram, Vivendi Universal, JC Decaux, Telefonica, Mediaset, Pro Sieben, Axel Springer, Telecinco, TF1, Publicis and EMI.
• Visiting Lecturer in Finance at the City University of London Business School. Mentor for high growth digital companies at NESTA (National Endowment for Science Technology and the Arts).
