Fraser Hardie is a Senior Advisor with Teneo. Prior to becoming a Senior Advisor, Fraser was Executive Chairman of Teneo UK and a trusted advisor to CEO’s and leadership teams in FTSE100 and Fortune 500 businesses on complex turnarounds and reputation rebuilds. He has also advised Governments on the communication of policy spanning foreign affairs, climate action and Olympic legacy.
Mr Hardie is a highly experienced business leader in consulting. He founded Blue Rubicon in 1999 going on to make it one of the world’s most respected advisors to leaders on reputation and reputation risk. He led the business through private equity investment, acquisitions and geographical expansion into the Middle East and Asia before selling the business to Teneo in 2015, creating one of the largest strategic communication businesses in Europe. The same year he was named Agency Professional of the Decade.
Mr Hardie is Chairman of the Autism Centre of Excellence at Cambridge University and a Senior Advisor to Namier Capital. Previously he was a board member of New Philanthropy Capital, Access Sport and Autistica.
