Edward Chandler

Edward has 35 years’ experience in advising companies and private equity firms on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, debt and equity capital raisings and privatisations. Working in senior leadership positions with two of the world’s leading investment banks, he has advised CEOs of companies in the technology, media, industrial, consumer and healthcare industries.

• From 1981-1995 he worked in various capacities for SG Warburg Group (now UBS) in the US, Europe and Australia.
• From 1996-2014 he worked for Deutsche Bank based in London, latterly as chairman of the firm’s global corporate finance business.
• Since 2014, he has served on the board of a number of companies in the commercial and not for profit sector.
