Dr Moira Bowdrey, who leads our healthcare practice, has a background in imaging and healthcare technology with 20+ years in advisory roles. Moira has completed due diligence on 50+ companies, with extensive experience in the medical device industry – from product design and scale up, through to the regulatory space and M&A process. 

• Top academic qualifications from Oxford, Harvard and Cambridge.
• She is trained in the Medical Device approval process and completed a full Marketing Authorisation submission and manufacturing scaleup (6 million units per year output) on a Class IIb medical device.
• She is named on 4 patents and has a high level of experience in analysing patent portfolios and writing patents.
