Chris Jolly

Chris Jolly has spent most of his forty-year career in the banking industry, straddling the worlds of both investment and commercial banking. He spent 10 years at SG Warburg (now part of UBS) principally in the corporate finance and real estate advisory parts of the business. He subsequently became a Managing Director at both Societe Generale and Commerzbank and was General Manager of both banks` London offices. He later became a Managing Director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, running their UK real estate advisory business.

• In recent years, Mr. Jolly has been the Chief Executive of Pradera Ltd, a pan-European real estate fund management company focused on retail warehouses and shopping malls.
• He was until the end of 2019 Non-Executive Chairman of Allica Bank, a new UK challenger bank.
• He has also developed a significant interest in the sustainability of the motorsport industry.
• Mr. Jolly is an Eminent Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
