Adrian Lewis

Adrian has spent 28 years working in Equity Capital Markets, and has led transactions in every West European country as well as across the Middle East and Asia 

His experience has stretched from leading IPOs, private placements and capital raisings for smaller, high growth companies through to the largest IPO ever, the US$29bn IPO of Saudi Aramco 

Adrian spent 20 years at UBS (originally SG Warburg), covering all European ECM markets. After helping establish ConvEx, the equity-linked consultancy, he joined HSBC in 2013 as Head of EMEA ECM.
